Good Morning!

I have an immeasurable amount of words I want to say about this season, but I will save most of them for our end of season team celebration (save the date - Sat Nov. 7th - more info coming)! So for now, I will just share this quote from Babe Ruth...

"The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have a the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don't play together, the club won't be worth a dime." 

...this team this year, is worth so many dimes. The way the team came together, supported each other, stepped back to allow for others to shine, and persevered through challenge was humbling. I am so proud and grateful to be part of this team.

We had an incredible performance at Sections this year! Here are the Section Meet Results and a few major highlights from the meet!

- 25 personal best times out of 32 individual swims! So powerful!

- Warriors 4th place of 12 teams; up from 6th place last year!

- Ava Appleton (9th grade), Grace Marek (9), Tasha Frisch (11th), Annika Overvig (12) and Avery Vogen (12th) were individual medalists (top 8)

- Annika, Avery, and Grace would all be state qualifying participants

- Avery was the Section 4A Champion in the 100 Free. There were two school records she improved as well: 100 Free (52.23) and 200 Free (1:54.67).
