2023 Practice Info
Practices are at the Aquatic Center on the campus of Two Rivers High School. This season will be our third season practicing and competing at the new Aquatic Center!
Practice schedules are subject to updates and changes as needed throughout the season.
Summer Practices
Mon, Tues, Thurs. 4:30 - 5:30
Once the School Year Starts
Monday thru Friday 3:45 - 6:00
Athletes come straight to the pool after school. High schoolers can use the downtime before practice for studying, fueling their body, light conditioning, or just some mindful downtime. The Activity Bus will bring the middle schoolers to the pool at approximately 3:45.
Saturday Practices
We will have some Saturday practice from 8 - 10 AM. These practices are for lanes 1 - 5. Lanes 6 - 8 are not intended to attend these practices. The Saturday practice schedule will be communicated at the beginning of the season.
