Good Morning Warrior Swimmers and Divers,

Thank you for everyone that expressed interest in becoming a captain for next year. I made note of this in the document that I'm sharing, but it's worth repeating...every single one of the six girls that showed interest would make an amazing captain. There isn't a single one that I wouldn't trust to be the kind of leader that our team needs. 

I asked each nominee to describe why they think they would make a good captain and what being a leader means to them. I tried my best to break down their responses into short bullet points. Please view the attached file to see the summary.

Once you've done so, please make sure to vote for your top 3 choices for captains. Remember, only the coaching staff will see the results. Please be sure to include a recognizable (something with your name) email address or your response won't be counted. Also, graduating seniors, please don't vote.
