Hello Parents!!

Apologies to those no longer on the team. You will no longer get these messages once we have the next season underway.

As a follow up to Chris's message  - I want to introduce myself, my name is Andrea Berg and I am your Booster Club President.  Me, along with the rest of the Booster Club Board are excited to be planning for our Athlete's upcoming season.   I wanted to share with you some information.  

• Our Start of Season parents meeting with the coaches and Boosters is on August 15th at 6pm - right after practice at the TR Pool.

  • The first wave of orders are due on August 16th.  Suits should arrive about 2-3 weeks after the order closes.  There will be a second order that will be due on August 29th.  There is also an option to order Spirit Wear through Elsmore at the same time.
• We will have another way of ordering spirit wear for our Athletes and families.  We will be opening up orders through BSN.   With BSN there are Lululemon options this year along with the traditional options.  These will have an early cut off date and we will open them up again later for those that missed the cut-off date and any new families.  The store for orders will open on August 12th.  I will send that link when its ready.
• The boosters need some help with vacancies opened up by graduating families.   Here is where we need leads urgently:

(1) Concessions

(2) Chuck-a-Duck

(3) Website Coordinator

(4) Computer Board Trainee (must have higher level of computer trouble-shooting knowledge)

(5) Volunteer Coordinator
